🧐 One of life’s great problems: most regular people get WAY better results from short, frequent, minimalistic workouts. But the trouble is, there’s just so much we want to do, so much we want to develop, so much sculpting to be done, so many exercises to choose from, so many muscles that need a good time. So what on earth are we to do?!

I’m not saying this just to 18-year olds. I’m saying it to 38-year olds, 53 year olds and other folks who, — like me — love to panic, then joke about how old they suddenly are.
You can get More-Athletic as you get older —> Start entertaining it. Start planning it. Start living it.
Unless you’re one of the few percent of athletes doing everything right straight away, right now… you’ve got serious gains to make. You’re leaving money on the table / muscle in the gym and nutrients in the supermarket… Or something.
You can train smarter and get more out of it. You can eat better and get more from it. You can dump the junk and stop punishing your body.
Plus you can do new s**t. New skills. New moves. Stuff you’ve never even tried that you had no idea about when you were a younger human person.
Don’t train like an oldie. Don’t resign yourself to getting older, more feeble, more passive.
Bring back some damn ambition and up your training and nutrition.
Train to get More-Athletic.
That’s my goal anyway.
