We’ve been quiet on here for a while… but the truth is we haven’t stopped working.
In fact, we’ve been busy improving the facility, loads of new equipment, a brand new reformer pilates studio, and a few more surprises we can’t wait to share very soon…👀
But first, Laura

An incredible journey and not an easy one, nearly 45kg are now gone!
But this didn’t happen overnight, not in a week, not in a month, you know the drill.
Over the past year, Laura locked in, trusted the process, trusted us but more important she trusted herself doing everything by the book.
No secrets, No magic pills, No surgery…just showing up, session after session and finding the balance that worked best for her.
And honestly? She made it very easy.
Humble, positive, and just with the right amount of stubbornness.
That stubbornness? That’s what got her here, So GRACIAS for that, Laura 😄
But here’s the thing, we’re in a really good place, but this journey is far from over. The best of the beast (I know you love this) is still to come.🙌🏻

On the 5th of May Jill clocked in 89.3kg of weight, moving forward, today on our last weigh in she did 68.1kg.
She lost 21.2kg in the last 6 months, no secrets or magic pills, persistence, balance, dedication and a lot of commitment, very very proud of you Jill! You are definitely a good example for everyone, keep smiling😎💪🏻
