Celebrating 10 year anniversary in the most fitting way possible, steak and ci**rs.

We celebrated our anniversary with some incredible humans who have been so pivotal to the growth of the business over the last 10 years.

alongside brilliantly ran our flagship gym in London for a number of years and kept the operation running smoothly when I was off opening new gyms around the world, thank you both.

and took over the reins and have gone on to make the gym better than ever and continue to help support our growth in their own specialised ways.

My brilliant partner who has been an incredibly calming and reassuring support, particularly at times when we’ve encountered challenges in the business.

And last but not least, and who were so incredible when we launched the business, we couldn’t have done any of it without you.

And finally a big thank you to all of our clients for putting your trust into , it’s been a real pleasure to work with each and every one of you and long may it continue.
