Bury Lodge Bowls Club - North London

Exciting news! The opening day for the start of the coming season is on 17th April from 11.00 am - 2.00 pm. Shorter than initially planned so as not to overlap with Prince Phillip’s funeral.

Members who want to bowl need to contact one of the club captains as soon as possible, so as they are allocated a slot.

Anyone who would like to give bowls a go, do pop into the club on the 17th April and someone will happily make arrangements with you so you have an opportunity to give bowls a try!

Over the last 6 months we have completed a comprehensive programme of research and our ambitious, new strategy will tackle the challenges our sport faces and take advantage of the huge opportunities we
have identified.

This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to reshape a brand and inspire new and existing audiences. Should you
be successful, you will:
- Be part of the organisation’s leadership team playing a key role in developing a strong organisational culture.
- Oversee, maximize and champion the organisation’s communications platforms and delivery of the annual
communication plan.
- Develop external broadcast and media relationships and exploit opportunities to get the organisation and the
sport more profile.
- Lead the organisation’s corporate affairs both in terms of internal communication and also external communications, influencing and lobbying.

Excellent news!

Well this has been a long while coming, BUT the brilliant news is that bowling at pre-arranged times, is now happening at our club. It is limited in number of players and socially distanced. Regardless of the restrictions we are so pleased to be able to enjoy the game together.
