JKA 1st Dan certificate, all the way from The Japan Karate Association HQ in Tokyo, awarded to Lydik. And another excuse for a group photo. Well done!

Excellent training with Ohta Yoshinobu Sensei. Standing basics progressed quickly to dynamic combinations and challenging partner drills, finishing with Unsu. If you weren't well-warmed-up and at least a little sweaty, you weren't there.

Congratulations to all those who graded!
