Helping exhausted women over 40 feel strong, confident & emotionally balanced through realistic fitness, mindset & lifestyle coaching.

For the woman who takes care of everyone and is last on her own list.

I used to think more was always the answer.
More reps, more restriction, more pushing through.🥺

But the women I see transform the most?

They stopped doing that.

They slowed down.

They got kind with themselves.

They stopped treating their body like a problem to fix.🥳

That's what I teach now.

Not harder.

Deeper.

Save this if it landed.

And follow along 💥something is coming. 🤍

The "I'll earn it with a workout" mentality is one of the most common things I 👀

Annnnnd one of the most exhausting ways to live!

Exercise and food are not a transaction hun.

The second you start treating them like one, every meal becomes something to manage and every workout becomes damage control and utterly sh@t .

That's not health. That's just more stress on your plate and no one needs that!

Build your week around your real life.
Eat a little less on the easy days, more on the full ones.
No earning required. No guilt.

Save this if you needed to hear it. 👆

She's 63. And she just had a moment that gave me pyre joys!! 🙌

She casually mentioned that last month, on her way to holiday, she grabbed her 10kg luggage and lifted it into the overhead compartment on the plane.
No struggle. No pain. Didn't even think about it.
Then it hit her.

"Oh my god… I couldn't do this before."

Before we started training, she had lower back pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain.

Now? Nothing hurts. And the things that used to feel scary or impossible just… aren't anymore.

This is 63. This is what happens when you show up for your body, your stick with it you invest in yourself!
It's never too late baby girl. 💪 ❤️

Happy Saturday, lovely 🌿

This is your reminder that rest is not something you earn.

It's something you deserve 💙 just as you are, right now!

Today, instead of pushing:

👉Take a slow walk
👉Do 5 minutes of breathwork
👉Eat something that nourishes you
👉Be kind to the woman in the mirror

The Glow Method isn't about doing more.
It's about doing what actually matters and letting the rest go 🍃

You came this week. You showed up.
That's enough.

Wishing you a soft, beautiful Saturday. ✨

💬 Drop a 🌸 below if you're giving yourself permission to rest today?

Weekend reminder -

Take 5 minutes to slow down 🍃

To breathe deeper, calm your mind, soften your body and release the tension you’ve been holding onto all day.

A small pause for your nervous system, your body and your soul.

Because you were never meant to live in survival mode 24/7 ❤️

want to ask you something honestly...

When you stop

does your body actually relax?

Or do you still feel wired?

So many women I speak to say the same thing:

“I’m exhausted… but I can’t switch off.”

They rest — but don’t feel rested.

They sleep — but wake up tired.

They take a weekend off — but their brain doesn’t slow down.

That’s not a motivation issue.

That’s not laziness.

That’s a nervous system that’s been running in overdrive for too long.

And here’s what I see especially in women 40+:

• Stress tolerance drops
• Recovery takes longer
• Sleep becomes lighter
• Cravings increase
• Everything feels harder

So what do we do?

We push harder.

More cardio.

More discipline.

More “get on with it.”

But overloaded systems don’t need more intensity.

They need regulation.

Be honest — are you tired?

Or wired but tired?

👇 I’m curious.
