Looking for a supportive, energising midweek boost? Join our non-contact boxing session specially designed for people living with Parkinson’s.
🕔 Every Wednesday, 5–6pm
📍 Sports Hall, Charing Cross Sports Club
Aspenlea Road, London W6
(Next to Charing Cross Hospital)
These sessions focus on:
✔️ Improving balance and coordination
✔️ Building strength and mobility
✔️ Boosting confidence and wellbeing
✔️ Connecting with others in a friendly, understanding community
All abilities welcome. Exercises can be adapted to suit your individual needs, and you’ll be supported every step of the way. 💪
After the session, we head over to The Pear Tree (14 Margavine Road W6) for refreshments and a relaxed catch-up. Partners, carers and friends are very welcome too.

Dear HBA members,
Sadly we have decided to remain closed to the local community until 2022 This is a decision based on working with the college around new Covid restrictions and policies. We will continue to be an educational boxing academy and University boxing club, but won’t be an active community club. If you want to find a boxing club that is near to us, we recommend using the England Boxing Club finder tool on their website.
