A trip that has been on the bucket list since last year and what a weekend it has been ππ»
After a tough 2025 for Mum we said we would plan a special trip away and we did just that β€οΈ
Lots of good memories made and a relaxing break was much needed ππ»

Over the last 9 years, this studio has grown piece by piece, session by session, and client by client πͺ
Every upgrade, every bit of equipment, and every improvement has come from reinvesting back into the people who train here and the next step is officially underwayβ¦
New HYROX equipment is being added to the studio π₯
Iβve invested thousands of pounds into expanding the setup and shifting more of the training focus towards HYROX-style performance training β helping people build strength, fitness, endurance, and confidence in a way thatβs both challenging and rewarding.
Whether youβre already signed up for a HYROX event, thinking about doing one, or just want to train with more purpose and intensity, the studio is evolving to support that journey.
The goal has always been the same from when I started back in 2017β¦
Create a private training space where people can improve, be pushed, and enjoy the process.
I will be adding HYROX specific style workouts to my studio calendar to give individuals or small groups of up to 4 people a chance to train and experience new ways of training ππ»

1 week on from Hyrox Cardiff Doubles βοΈ
After my first solo experience in December last year I was always keen to experience it again but didnβt know what was coming next!
Iβve been working with for a while and he got talking about big goals/targets to work towards in 2026 and Hyrox was mentionedβ¦
With a few words of encouragement, explaining what was involved and the training required, tickets were purchased and the hard work started π
It was great to be play a part in helping someone work towards an event that will push boundaries, get you out of your comfort zone and make you take a deep breath knowing whatβs involved π€ͺ
Itβs not an event for everyone but if youβre looking to get fitter, stronger, have more energy, leaner etc - then having a target to work towards will require you to become more focused than ever ππ»
Such a good experience overall and letβs see what the future holds for another event this year π

What a month it wasβ¦
The sunshine finally appeared and summer is fast approaching ππ»
- Group Classes continue to be a joy to be part of and great to see new members joining the sessions for the first time - 107 people attended across the month of April π€―
Client highlights β¬οΈ
- Huge congrats to who took part in the London Marathon and raised over Β£10k for St Lukeβs Hospice, an incredible achievement ππ»ππ»
- A huge well done to Colm who completed his first Marathon in Brighton last month.
Colm has been on an incredible journey over the last few years and has worked so hard in classes and out on local pavements running every week π₯
- Well done to who completed the London Landmarks half marathon - a super achievement and raising lots of money for a charity that means so much to her
Hyrox Cardiff - Doubles event!
- A massive well done to who took part in his first ever Hyrox doubles event in Cardiff yesterday⦠with me!
It was an absolute pleasure working alongside someone who has worked their ass off to be in a position to commit to an event which will push you to your limits.
Laurence smashed it and we completed it in 1hr 14mins ππ»
Personal highlights
Along with completing my second Hyrox yesterday it was a month of spending some quality time with Harrison and the family.
Joining Harrison on his first ever school class trip to his favourite place on earth (Willows Farm) was a real highlight.
To be able to take time off from work and be part of that experience with him is why I left my 9-5 job all those years ago to have flexibility and freedom when I need it ππ»

There are definitely signs of me getting old π
1. Getting excited about a new purchase to remove weeds and moss from the grass π€ͺ
2. Owning my first pair of Crocs at 41 years old π€·πΌββοΈ
3. Spending Easter weekend doing house chores and gardening vs 10 years old going out 3 nights in a row and watching football all day feeling sorry for myself
Life hits you fast sometimes π

Wow what a week π
Thank you to everyone to took advantage of 6 month offer I ran and committed to training with me as we head towards the summer months, absolutely blown away by the response ππ»

This is a really exciting time of the year as the weather improves and the clocks go forward this weekend so much longer days over the next few months π₯
