I can’t be the only one. 😂

After years of looking after my hair, growing out every last bit of bleach, and finally hearing:

“There’s no bleach left in your hair.”

…I booked another blonde appointment. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Tell me you’re a millennial woman without telling me you’re a millennial woman. 😂

Between motherhood, workouts, healthy eating, protein goals, meal prep, trying to drink enough water, and looking after everyone else… sometimes changing your hair just feels like the easiest little reset.

Now tell me…
Are you team blonde, brunette, or constantly changing your mind? 👇

I know this has absolutely nothing to do with fitness… but I can’t be the only one. 😂

👉 D _ _ _ _ T

What was the first word you saw?

DIET
You’re stuck in the cycle — starting over again and again, without building something sustainable.

DOUBT
You don’t trust yourself anymore. Not because you can’t do it… but because you’ve tried and stopped before.

DONUT
Right now, food is emotional. You’re not just eating because you’re hungry — you’re eating to feel better.

DO IT
You already know what to do. You don’t need more information — you need to stop waiting and take action.

DIRECT
You’re ready for clarity. You don’t need more random tips — you need a clear, structured plan.

Most women don’t struggle because they’re lazy…
They struggle because they follow the wrong approach for their type.

That’s exactly what my Health Archetype Test shows you 👇
Your habits, your mindset, and what’s actually holding you back —
so you can finally see sustainable weight loss and realistic fat loss results.

This is why you feel PUFFY by the evening 👇🏽

One girl spends the whole day in tight high-waisted mom jeans, tight socks digging into her ankles with layers on top, a tight bra, and shoes with tight laces. By the evening, she feels heavy in her legs, notices marks on her skin, and her face looks more puffy.

The other is barefoot at home, wears wide comfortable shoes outside, keeps her laces loose, and chooses soft, non-restrictive clothes. By the end of the day, she feels lighter, less swollen, and more energised.

And no, it’s not just about food.

Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural drainage system, and it relies on daily movement and the absence of constant compression to work properly. Tight clothes don’t stop it, but they can slow it down, which leads to fluid build-up and that puffy, heavy feeling.

I see this all the time in women’s fitness, especially with fitness for busy women who sit a lot during the day and don’t realise how much their clothing is affecting how they feel.

You don’t need anything extreme, you just need a more realistic fitness approach that supports your body.

Try not to stay in tight clothes all day, switch to wide comfortable shoes, loosen your laces, and focus on adding more daily movement, even something as simple as walking.

Stop guessing what’s holding you back.
