Refuel after training.
Try to eat as soon as you can after you train, (within an hour at most)
Your muscles are crying out for protein and good nutrition
a good quality recovery shake hits the spot fast.. Look for fresh food if possible. Enjoy your food - think is it full of nutrients that your body needs or chemicals that gives it problems to deal with?

Fuel up before training: eat a high quality light meal or snack 1-2 hours before you train e.g. (Fruit and nuts, greek yoghurt,nuts and good quality honey, smoothie, omelet with vegetables, protein shake with fresh fruit are a few)

Can you train too hard? If you dont give your body time to recover and adapt to your workouts you can overtrain.. Learn ways to look after your body. Foam rollers, massage, stretching, yoga, relaxing.. Good nutrition, hydration are a few
