There’s something special about a 1:1 session, especially when it’s with @thejulienorris —a Soft Tissue Therapist and someone I’ve had the pleasure of working with for two years. She usually joins a group class, but this time, we had the winter sunlight streaming in as we moved, learned, and laughed together. One of the best parts? Sharing knowledge.
