So flipping proud of this absolute Goddess for hitting the 100kg squat today, and making it look effortless. Jen is a remarkable woman who has accomplished so so much in her sporting career. She has bounced back from injury more than once, making this even more astounding. Girl, you are my absolute hero ❤️ I can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!

Monday’s workout complete. Today was a struggle both mentally and physically. We all have those days! However, no matter how hard the day seems, training always helps me to focus my thoughts and quieten the mind. I can’t recommend it enough!
