HYDROHEX IS COMING TO ISLEWORTH!

The virtual aqua fitness experience you’ve ALL been waiting for is nearly here!

Hydrohex transforms the pool into a virtual training studio, combining modern technology with the power of water-based workouts.

Instead of a physical instructor, sessions are led by a virtual coach displayed on a large screen allowing us to offer more classes, more often, and for a wider range of fitness levels.

Hydrohex starts 16th February!

🏓 Padel is coming to Hounslow at Isleworth Leisure Centre and Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre.

After more than two years of data-led work from Lampton Leisure's industry experts, London Borough of Hounslow has approved funding to allow us to bring this fast-growing, low-impact sport to local communities, helping make physical activity more accessible for everyone.

Expected to open next year, we know our new padel courts are going to be very popular!

Nearly three in five parents expect their children to be less active during the colder months. But staying active is vital for physical and mental wellbeing.

That’s why the Government have launched a new campaign called ‘Let’s Move!’ which is supported by Sport England and encourages families to keep active all year round.

One of the best ways to do that? Swimming! 🏊️

Local pools are warm, indoors and full of fun. Whether it’s a splash session, swimming lessons or just playtime in the water, it’s a brilliant way to stay active when it’s cold outside.
