Marina Guarnieri Pilates Online Sessions
*
STOTT Pilates Matwork and Refomer Instructor. Available Online for Privates, Duets and Group classes. English and Italian speaking.

I am originally from Rome, where I trained professionally as a contemporary dancer. In 2010, I relocated to London and continued working both locally and internationally as a dancer and choreographer. After years of studying body alignment and movement, becoming a STOTT Pilates Teacher was a natural progression. I love how Pilates can help people improve their everyday life by increasing their body awareness, strength and flexibility. It makes them more centred and grounded, influencing their posture in a very positive way. With great attention to detail and a technical approach, my goal is to welcome my clients into a friendly space, while still pushing their boundaries and focusing on the essence of each exercise

I feel lucky to have met wonderful humans and this is an experience I will always cherish.

Unclear why I can’t smile subtly 😂🙈
