Confessions of a wellness producer… 🌿
People often ask what I do at festivals.
The short answer? Create spaces where people can pause, breathe and recharge.
The longer answer?
A lot of planning. A lot of problem solving. A lot of walking across fields with a radio in hand. A lot of last-minute fixes. And a lot of amazing people making the magic happen. They know who they are!
Somewhere between the spreadsheets, site builds, therapist schedules and searching for missing extension leads… there are those beautiful moments when the doors open and someone walks out of a treatment saying:
“Wow, I really needed that.”
And that’s the bit that makes it all worthwhile. ✨

Festival mode: activated 🌿✨
A little WOMAD adventure with one of my favourite people.
A weekend of music, sunshine, wandering, good food… and yes, I even managed to make time for a massage and some acupuncture.
It’s always a lovely reminder to experience the things we create spaces for, taking time to pause, reset and recharge.

A little update ahead of festival season… 🌿
This summer, Soul Stretch therapists will be using Neal’s Yard Remedies massage oils in their treatments.
Every treatment we offer is designed to create a moment of calm through expert touch, beautiful products and a thoughtfully curated sensory experience. We’re looking forward to introducing these organic massage oils into our treatment spaces throughout the season.

Nature Nurture at Green Man is getting an upgrade this summer. All wellness add-ons will be available soon. Don’t forget to book your wood fired sauna. We’ll see you there for some contrast therapy. More ways to slow down, reset & actually feel it.
