Lifestyle Change of the year 💨 40th birthday approaching but fitter than ever before. 16kg lighter , Body fat % from 38 to 22 and the journey continues.
This was all happening while there was also so much going on in her life ..losing close family member , going trough IVF treatment with all those hormonal changes but she did not give up. It was about changing the habits one at the time and keep repeating those new habits until they are part of you. Now she absolutely loves going to the gym and eating well and can’t imagine going back to old ways. She is confident, happy and feels amazing in her new body 💯
