Just a thank you to Sunday skipper, Rome. He took on the job with Sundays on a bit of a low as we suffered reduced availability like many clubs. He helped create a real buzz around Sundays seeing double promotion in the Chess Valley league but also improved interest across the club. It meant us now having two teams out most Sundays playing friendlies and even a third team once or twice. Rome is moving away so having to give us the captaincy but he’s made at real impact for the AP club and was given a good send off yesterday!!
