Many of the smartest, most capable people I know arenât short on ideas, theyâre short on perspective.
They can think their way through almost anything, but not always with themselves.
Thatâs what The Reflection Room is for, a focused conversation designed to make space between the noise and the next step.
Itâs 45 minutes, simple and direct. No buildup, no script. Just a place to hear your own mind and settle enough to see clearly.
Iâ'll be adding it to my existing pinned posts on Instagram, but for now if this lands, hereâs the link https://www.amandadevine.com/reflectionroom-dropin-coaching-sessions

Into the Abyss: Rage, Anger, and the Alchemy of Transformation
Thereâs a primal wisdom in our fear of feelings, a knowing that beneath the surface of emotion lies an abyss where control shatters and the self unravels. Most of us keep our distance, surviving by avoidance. But what happens when the universe forces you into that void?
Thatâs where I found myselfânot in a peaceful, meditative space, but in the violent storm of unrelenting rage. It wasnât a passing frustration; it was raw, volcanic, and uncontainable. I didnât just feel angerâI became it. I wanted to scream until my voice shattered, to tear apart the weight of my existence.
And yet, within the chaos, I encountered a force I had long ignoredâa goddess of destruction. Fierce, untamed, and terrifying, she wasnât my enemy. She came to dismantle the lies Iâd built my life on, to reveal the wounds I had been hiding. Through the fire, I discovered an undeniable truth: my anger wasnât a flaw; it was a power I had never dared to wield.
This rage wasnât only mine. It was born from personal wounds, inherited traumas, and the unspoken burdens of others Iâd absorbed. It reflected a world that denies its own painâa collective storm that destroys when suppressed.
But hereâs the truth we donât talk about enough: anger isnât just destructive. Itâs transformative. Like a volcano, it tears apart what no longer serves and creates space for new life. Anger isnât something to suppress or âmanageâ; itâs meant to be felt, to tear through youânot to hurt others, but to clear a path for rebirth.
If youâre standing at the edge of your abyss, wondering whether to step in or turn away, I invite you to embrace the storm. But before you do, understand your own unique energetics. When you learn your own cycle, you gain the power to transform your anger into the catalyst for change it was always meant to be.

Itâs been a year of profound shifts for me, both visible and invisible. Some changes you might notice, but the deepest ones are internal, woven through my soul.
A year ago, I entered into a sacred process called a âHuaca,â a ritual rooted in Andean shamanic tradition, not to be taken lightly. It was a pivotal moment, both personally and professionally.
I started this journey after feeling stuck, especially since my experience with cancer six years ago. Post-treatment life brings challenges we donât often talk about, ones that cut deeper than the illness itself. The Huaca was my call to reclaim my life and energy for lasting transformation.
Huacas arenât âquick fixes.â They require deep intention, and for me, the shift was monumental. My goal was to realign my energy and bring myself into âright relationshipâ with my life, beliefs, and the world around me. I wasnât seeking outward markers of successâmoney, status, or material gainsâbut something far deeper.
I craved energetic prosperity, a soul-level alignment that radiates from within.
Twelve months later, during this powerful eclipse season, I can say with certainty: I am no longer who I was. My energy has shifted. My beliefs have expanded, my focus is clearer, and my path feels more aligned than ever before.
We often expect immediate, external results when we transform, but true change begins in the subtle layers of our energy. Itâs a journey of vibration, soul growth, and a return to our heartsâa path that asks us to move from fear to love, from surviving to truly thriving.
As we enter the darker months, I invite you to reflect: how will you prepare your inner landscape for what you want to flourish in the spring? How can you move intentionally through this winter, planting seeds for a prosperous, love-filled 2025?
If youâre ready for a shift and seeking guidance, my âProsperous Path Soul Readingsâ may offer exactly what you need, or, for deeper work, my â12-month Prosperity Recodeâ could be the answer. Letâs talk. Transformation doesnât have to be rushedâit can be intentional, attuned to natureâs cycles, and always aligned with love.
For now, go gently and walk lightly on this earth.

At times, everybodyâs motivational power needs a certain boost on ignition to get into action and back on the path to prosperity.
Prosperity is that vision we each have for ourselves on life, the place we want to be, who we want to be, what we desire most for our lives.
When we are stuck in fear, the prosperous path is not so easily available to us and moving anywhere more abundant in our lives can feel like an uphill slog.
What would it feel like to finally know in your heart your true purpose and path to your prosperity.
In truth, your Soul already knows the way, the path it intends for you has already been laid out, the single problem that exists is the communication line between you and it may be down, depleted and need some working on, which is where I come in.
On Mondays and Thursdays and Saturdays over the coming months, Iâm opening up my schedule to have conversations with your Soul on your path to prosperity.
As well as some surround contextual guidance youâll get clear practical advice on the key next step your soul wants you to take to action on and how taking this step is going to advance you further to the step after that.
The Soul readings I conduct will be delivered back to you the following day via voice note and if you want more than one next step you can pay for up to 3 next steps on your path to prosperity at a discounted rate if you book within the next 5 days.
Readings are guided by your Soul and to read more about the process I work or to book your reading, check out the link in the bio.

Every day in my coaching, it comes into my room in one form or another.
As a human being, I am scared of it, yet it exists within me.
As an emotional and spiritual being, I am aware of it in each moment, both with myself and others.
As a lover of Arab and Jewish cultures and peoples, I witness it in these times.
As an energy teacher, freeing the Soul from it is my lifeâs work.
The thing I speak of is CONFLICT, the conflict that comes from disassociation and disconnection from each other, our wounds, and the generations before us.
In the coaching room, Iâm often asked how to navigate feelings of anger, rage, and despair over the inhumanity and injustice in the world. Itâs a hard question with many nuances, but it often comes down to understanding the fact that hurt people hurt and that inside each of us feeling our own hurt less reactively than the day before is a tiny step forward towards a bigger goal.
In May 2022, Dr. Gabor Maté led trauma-healing work for Palestinian women who were detained and tortured in Israeli prisons. The Wisdom of Trauma film crew captured this work, highlighting the reality of occupation in the West Bank and the heartbreaking stories of the people they met.
Two years later, the film *Where Olive Trees Weep* is ready to premiere on June 6â27, accompanied by 21 days of conversations on Palestine. This poignant film explores the struggles and resilience of Palestinian people under Israeli occupation, delving into themes of loss, trauma, and the quest for justice.
The premiere includes conversations with leading historians, spiritual teachers, trauma therapists, poets, and artists, providing a broader context for the filmâs themes. These discussions aim to expand and challenge our perspectives.
Opening our hearts to these stories and understanding how they connect to our own traumas is crucial, for no one is free until we are all free.

Dear friends,
I am thrilled to announce that my first newsletter of 2024, aptly named E-Insights is available as a link to check out below.
While the name and design may lack the allure of grandeur, it symbolises a conscious choice in favour of progress over the relentless pursuit of perfecting a silly title and layout right now.
The decision to share insights on energy updates, despite not being an astrologer or mystic, stems from my journey as just another seeker navigating the complexities of life and who spends a lot of times in her work and her personal life exploring the depths of the psyche.
In a society fixated on impeccable content and flawless design, the opportunity to experiment, learn, and evolve can feel like a daunting hurdle. February, with its inherent call to courage, urges each of us to shed hesitations and contribute authentically to the collective narrative.
Acknowledging that this newsletter may morph and evolve, I embrace the journey ahead with openness, self-compassion, and a commitment to growth.
E-Insights is an offering intended to provide an overview of monthly energies. An invitation is extended to explore, comprehend, and leverage these energies that shape our world and experiences each month as we navigate the wheel of the year.
Whether your pursuit is personal or professional growth, familial harmony, or the cultivation of meaningful relationships, my sincere wish is that those who delve into E-Insights embrace the relinquishment of fear, immerse themselves in the joy of self-discovery, and witness how our individual attributes contribute to a much larger thing than ourselves.

I love beauty
In all itâs forms,
In a clear blue sky.
A perfectly sumptuous ragĂș arancini.
In a cool glass of homemade Sicilian lemonade.
In architecture old and new that will blow your mind and make you smile.
In clouds that send messages from the skies.
In the smile of an old man walking down the street admiring you as if youâre still 21.
In the way a Sicilian toilet flush works differently to home.
In the way a French bulldog called Olivia is so excited to see you and greet you itâs impossible not to get a blurred photo of her.
In the way one glass of wine is heaven and so one is all you need.
In the way 2 people who youâve never met make sure you get to your next destination above everything else they had planned that day.
In the way on a warm afternoon pigeons bathe in a fountain
Or tiny tiny little red trucks go past and because theyâre so tiny you giggle like a 5 yr old.
In the way you avoid all Michelin star restaurants and turn up at a basement restaurant for the freshest fish of the day Sicilian style.
In the way cats look confused because all you want is their attention.
In the way your first canolo could also be you last because why spoil the memory of such gorgeousness
In the way it feels to say goodbye to this beautiful island just as youâre settling in.
Sicily youâve been amazing!

Sharing Noto, Sicily images and discussing energetic shifts may seem unrelated, but for me, they are very much related.
Sicily has many churches, therefore my delectable soul successfully misled me despite my recent urge to flee spirituality in all its forms
You see over the last 6 months having immersed myself in my most recent energy focused training, I've cracked open in ways I never would have imagined.
Due to my reluctance to share this until now, few people have know that I've begun to perceive energy in ways I didn't before and to receive profound and insightful information about people's souls. I don't know why it's surprising to me still having planted the seed to experience this almost 12 months ago now.
I have since found myself in Sicily, hoping for a break from energy work and instead enjoy the sun, eat good food, drink wine, and escape the fear of life transformations beckoning me ahead.
Oh how my Soul delights in demonstrating its authority over me. When I arrived in Palermo, everything felt off. I expected less intensity, but Sicily heightened my intuition. Perhaps I should have expected this from a journey to a region where religion or spirituality thrives, where my Chiron line (wounded healer) in astrology flows, or where volcano explosions are conceivable.
Years ago, I was attracted by the title of a documentary called CrazyWise and what those 2 words together could mean for different people and now I've never felt more CrazyWise as we transition from Scorpio to Sagittarius energy.
Getting back to Sicily, this land of the prickly pear is teaching me how to adapt to diverse conditions, conquer thorny encounters, and enjoy the unexpected sweetness and so I continue on for wherever I am going is entirely meant to be.
This applies to me, my life, and humanity right now.
In the world today, we see situations that seem outrageous, outdated and not our ideal vision for the world, but from a soul knowledge perspective, this viaggio (journey) has healing hidden in its darkness even if we don't always comprehend it.
If we let our soul flow, we can fix today's mistakes tomorrow.
With love and go gently
Amanda

Today I wasnât sure if Iâd made the right decision but nevertheless I headed out of Palermo and into the heart and hills of Sicilia
2 hours on the train and then a moment of panic arriving at a station with no transport and no internet connection, I braved the waves of worry about whether or not Iâd be understood, called my first taxi and Michele kindly arrived to pick me up and take me into Enna. I may have almost thrown up in my mouth as we climbed up and up and up into this beautiful hilltop town but thanks to Michele who was such a careful driver we made it safe and sound up to the top. I think he could see I was afraid to look down, he even carried my bags right to the door of my accommodation. Arriving in late autumn and midday in this part of Italy does mean lots of places are closed but actually I just grateful for the peace and quiet as I wandered itâs pretty little streets and tried to not get mown down by the mini Ferrariâs.
Watched the afternoon whittle away by a fountain with my coffee and water.
Enna; what a beautiful name and I take my hat off to these tough hilltop people who drive up and down these tiny streets each day. They may not smile at you as you pass them by but theyâre full of grit and character and thatâs worth a lot.
Tomorrowâs another day, Noto, Siracusa and Catania get ready, youâre next on my list x

Itâs so nice to finally get away and also to be so out of my comfort zone not because Sicily is so challenging but more that my Italian is non existent and I love being able to speak the language when I go away.
I arrived into Palermo with thunderstorms on another level and I keep for the life of me speaking Spanish to Sicilianos expecting it be met with great conversation.
I donât think Iâve even seen a small percentage of this lively city but hereâs to the next 14 days getting to know this beautiful island.
