Just remember, it's a process.
Often a habit of process. Repeating the little steps over and over again.
To keep dry and warm.
To keep fit and healthy physically.
To maintain a balanced perspective.
To be content, happy, mearly satisfied is enough some days.
Mood follows action. Don't wait to be motivated. Just take the next logical step to where you want to be.
It's a process.

Brain training is like body training: it doesn't have to be perfect to be worthwhile.
Joined the FitPro webinar late today, after in service training at Southfields Physiotherapy.
So glad I did! It was excellent! (What I caught)

Now need to rest my weary brain and process and intense 2hrs of learning. 🤯
But clinical notes to do first.
TGIF!!!!

This one hit me in the feels because I identify really strongly with the inner conflict of wanting to be strong AND look feminine. And I really wish it wasn't an either/or.
Being strong is a gift. It is a gift you can give yourself.
As a society, we are getting better at appreciating individuality. At appreciating health over trends is styles and shapes. But we are not there yet.
So sad that girls would rather be less strong, less athletic, less good at their sport, opt not to be as robust as they could be, because of how they feel pressured to look.
