From big hits on the rugby pitch, to fast paced netball action, and all out effort from our throwdown athletes, our teams are already bringing the energy.

It’s set to be a warm one day, and we want everyone to have an absolute belter of a day, so make sure you’re looking after yourself in the heat:

You’ll find water stations dotted around site (locations marked on map), water available to buy at the bars, and thanks to , there’ll be FREE electrolytes available all day at their station to help keep you feeling fresh.

The tunes will be flowing, the drinks will be cold, and the vibes will be high. Just make sure you’re keeping on top of the essentials so you can enjoy every minute of it.
