We are back at home for the visit of Dorking Rugby this weekend on a day that we will also remember life member Morlais Evans who sadly passed earlier this year.

❤️London Welsh supporting LooseHeadz ❤️

We were thrilled to be one of the 56 London rugby clubs welcoming Rob Shotton as part of his incredible cycle challenge for LooseHeadz.

LooseHeadz are on a mission to place a Mental Health Champion in every rugby club, helping to make sure nobody in our rugby community has to carry their struggles alone.

Rob is cycling between the clubs while towing a 30-litre water butt, representing the weight of the struggles people can carry through life. At each club, some of the water is poured away — symbolising how talking, sharing and supporting one another can help lighten the load. ❤️

Rob was welcomed to Old Deer Park by Life Member Joe Jones, Phil Thomas, Roy Meredith and Gareth V Jones — and naturally, we had to help Rob score a try at London Welsh! 🏉

A huge thank you to Rob and his support crew for including London Welsh RFC in this brilliant challenge.

Rugby is a family. We look after our own. ❤️🖤
