My approach to postnatal fitness focuses not only on strength but also on alignment and injury prevention.

Lat pulldowns, when done with proper posture and connection breathing, can help strengthen the upper body while protecting the core.

By exhaling through each pull, we prevent doming and support the healing of the linea alba, which is key to avoiding further diastasis recti damage.

This method ensures safe, effective progress for postpartum recovery.
