‼️ *What Muscle Group is Best To Train when Loosing Weight ?* ‼️

Strength training becomes, especially important as we get older … when our metabolism tends to slow down.
One way to stop this, is to add some strength training to your workout … at least a couple of times a week.
The largest muscles ( being therefore the largest calorie burners ) are in the thighs, abdomen, chest and arms.

However… the legs are the biggest muscle group with the glutes and legs containing the biggest muscles in the body.
Training them regularly is ideal for fitness, as they burn more calories per pound, than any other muscle … making them great for weight loss.
