"I couldn't understand what I'd get from RNT that I couldn't get from AI at a much lower cost." - Gemini Gem

Gemini is a mum of three, works in NHS finance, and is now in her 50s. Despite eating ‘clean’, her body composition wasn't changing. Her GP told her that her blood sugar regulation wasn't where it should be.
Her body fat was too high.

"Thinking about mortality is very confronting. And it pushed me to take action."

57kg → 50.2kg in 13 weeks at RNT.

"My latest results showed my blood sugar regulation was now excellent. My GP said this reflected the positive changes I'd made to my diet, weight management and exercise programme."

“I was getting very little time to myself. My health and my fitness were both suffering.”

That was Stela’s reality when she decided it was time to make herself a priority.

Years later, after navigating career changes, building a business, returning to corporate life and reaching checkpoint, she says the biggest shift has been in how she approaches her priorities.

“The real work starts after checkpoint.”

Watch Stela share her journey, the lessons she’s learned, and what RNT means to her. 🎥

"I always considered myself a little bit fit. But that just wasn't the case."

Chetan had run London marathons. He'd cycled to Paris. He was active, he trained regularly and yet he'd battled with his weight and body shape since he was 16.

He could get results. Three months here. Three months there. But then he'd end up right back where he started.

The turning point came in September last year, when his dad collapsed and Chetan realised he couldn't lift him.

That moment made him look at his health differently.

Training was never really the problem. Food was.

He'd spent years thinking that eating less was always better - skipping meals, trying to "starve it off", without really understanding how to fuel his body properly.

Then he joined RNT.

"There was so much food. But it was the right food. I kept losing weight every week eating that much. Clearly I wasn't eating correctly all along."

For once, he wasn't chasing another three-month goal. He was building something he could actually sustain.

The changes weren't just physical, either.

The lethargy he'd gotten used to started to disappear. He felt more capable. More active. And he started enjoying movement again without feeling like everything had to be about losing weight.
17.2kg down. More definition than he expected.

But the biggest change?

"My mental health, really. Things can be done slowly. That was the biggest win, and it still is."

Because this time, Chetan didn't just lose weight.

He learned how to do things differently and, more importantly, how to keep going.

Who says your 60s mean slowing down? Getting weaker? Winding it down?

Dipak, 66 years old now, has been with RNT since 2020, and still going.

After a stroke at 51 and years of medication, he knew he didn't want his future defined by his health history.

At a wedding, he sat with men his age comparing medications like trophies. He turned to his wife and said, "I don't want to be in that situation."

He was 60 when he finally said yes to his son, Akash Vaghela (Founder of RNT Fitness), after 10 years of asking.

First checkpoint at 60: 78.5kg → 64kg.

Then another checkpoint at 62: even leaner, this time on a plant-based diet.

Six years later, he's still living the habits he built.

His only regret? Not starting sooner.

Dr. Navpriya has been an RNT client since 2020 and 6+ years later, the transformation goes far beyond the physical.

For years, she thought her plateau was genetic.

She was already training, working with a PT, and doing everything she thought she needed to do. But she still couldn’t get the physique she wanted.

Then she discovered RNT and learned how to make nutrition and fitness actually work around her life - as a busy surgeon, mum, and professional.

The result?

Her medical practice expanded. She became more entrepreneurial. She handled stress better. And the physical transformation gave her a completely new level of confidence and energy.

“Professionally, mentally, physically, psychologically, I’m in the best place I’ve ever been.”

The physical became the vehicle for everything else.

If you’re a physician who’s spent years putting everyone else first while struggling to get your own body and lifestyle where you want them…

Looking after patients all day. Coming home with nothing left for herself. That was Laura's normal.

Somewhere in that, her own health slipped down the list. She tried to fix it a few times. It never stuck.

"I had tried so many different ways to get in shape and lose weight and nothing worked until I found RNT."

85.2kg to 66.5kg since January. 18.7kg down.

She's got her energy back. Enough left over to actually show up for her own life, not just get through the day.

Massive congratulations to Laura on hitting her checkpoint.

"Surgery is the next step."

That's what her podiatrist told Sharmilee.

Cortisone shots hadn't worked. Orthotics hadn't worked.

She was told to stop Zumba, barbell classes, yoga, Pilates. Every way she stayed active, gone. Even walking became a struggle.

Add in 20 years of carrying the same 35 lbs, menopause, and cholesterol creeping up. She was done accepting this was just how it was going to be.

“I feel like that is a flaw in our healthcare systems. The overall lifestyle, nutrition is overlooked.” - Sharmilee
