Sheena is a South Asian mumpreneur in her 30s. She runs her own tutoring centre, is a mother of two, and trains at 5am most mornings.
This is her weekend.
She's been doing this consistently for over a year. Her tutoring centre has grown. Her confidence has grown with it.
"The increased energy has spiralled positively. Increased productivity at work. Being braver career-wise. I am skipping to places now."
33kg down. But that's not what she talks about most.
These are the days that build everything.
Just living the RNT way.

Most people think getting lean as a vegetarian Indian mum means giving up your food.
It doesn't. Sanjeeta is proof.
She grew up eating the same food you did. Free-flow oil. Carb on carb. No one measuring anything.
She didn't give any of it up. She changed three things.
1. The oil - she started cooking with one-calorie spray. Same tempering, same spices. Nobody noticed.
2. The protein - as a vegetarian, this was the gap. Low-fat paneer. Tofu curry. Egg bhurji. Once she got deliberate about it, everything shifted.
3. The structure - she wasn't restricting. She was eating more food than before and still losing weight. She just knew what was on her plate.
58kg → 43kg. 16 weeks.
Your food isn't the problem. It's how it's being cooked.

"A lot of my family was surprised to see my new self. They said I looked like my daughter's sister. Not her mum."
Sharmilee is in her 50s. Demanding job. Full home schedule. The kind of life where health is always the first thing that gets pushed aside.
She didn't start for the compliments. She started because she wanted to be fit enough to hike longer and build strength as she aged.
What changed? Her coach took the thinking out of the process - gave her a plan she could actually follow around her life, not instead of it.
15 months later. 40lbs gone. Muscle maintained. Getting stronger.
Full story and before/after coming soon. 🙌
"You might not get a second chance."
That's why we train the way we do.
Every hard rep. Every breakthrough set. Every moment you wanted to stop but didn't.
Because transformation happens when you go to that place. The Void. Where excuses disappear. Where identity changes. Where you prove something to yourself.
This is bigger than fitness. This is the RNT community.
RNT Breakthrough Day. London, UK. June 6 & 7. Exclusive for RNT members only.

Comment "DAILY" and we'll send you the blueprint Anila used to lose 30kg and put her type 2 diabetes into remission.
-
Anila had been overweight for over 20 years.
She tried. Morning walks. Cutting back. Nothing worked.
Then her second pregnancy hit hard. Insulin injections. A premature baby.
She joined RNT at 93kg. And what changed wasn't restriction. It was structure.
Simple meals. Same times every day.
For two years she was close but not there. Evening snacks crept in. Sweet corn here. A handful of something there.
Then she went all in.
93kg → 63kg. Type 2 diabetes in remission after a decade, no medication.
Swipe to see exactly what she ate.

Big shout out to RNT Coach Ed Pilkington and RNTers Brij Patel, Neel Chandarana & Serena Chandarana who completed the UK 3 Peaks Challenge. 🏔️
This is exactly what being part of the RNT community is about. The same discipline, grit, and commitment you bring to your training, taken beyond the gym and into the mountains. 🙌
The physical is the vehicle!

Shoutout to 🙌
She hasn't reached her checkpoint goal yet. Which makes this even more impressive.
51.8 lbs down in 35 weeks. And this is just the update.
Margi didn't come to us chasing a number. She came to us wanting to feel strong and healthy for life. To reverse her pre-diabetic diagnosis. To feel confident in herself again. And to show her family, her kids, what it actually looks like to take care of yourself.
35 weeks later, the results are speaking for themselves. And she's still pushing.
Keep going Margi. We're with you the whole way. 💪
