LOVE IT.

We get so obsessed with short term goals and New Year's Resolutions this time every year. I'm not knocking that! A goal is ALWAYS a good thing and if it takes the first day of the year to get you motivated then that's good, BUT...I find that when we look at things in short term...when we focus on a number like 5lbs or 10 lbs...when we get too extreme...it tends to fade over time and we find ourselves right back where we started the last New Year's day! Don't focus on New Year's Resolutions. Focus on becoming resolved to be better. Focus on being resolved to love YOURSELF enough to take time to care for your body. Focus on the long term and set small goals that can build towards longer ones. Don't just make resolutions. MAKE YOURSELF BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER IN 2013! ~Marsha

I have just discovered EVENING PRIMROSE OIL and swear by the stuff now. It is great for your hair, skin and hormones. I wish I had known about it as a spotty teenager. Apparently good for spots and pimples, dry hair, thinning hair, dry skin, PMT, inflammation, and cervical mucus. I will never stop taking it. One very happy customer :)
