Gutted to say that due to the damn flu hitting me hard I am going to have to cancel this week's class.

Don't want to give you all my germs and never want the class to be done half-heartedly.

Will get myself rested and fit so we are back on it with a vengeance soon!

Hi I'm Suzy,

I run a Fitness and Dance class for adults on Saturdays in Harrow.

The classes are for all ability levels and consist of a small amount of fitness training followed by learning a dance routine to different songs each week.

You don't need to have danced before to come along and stop and start as you please.

I am always available for any messages or questions you might have.

Come along and join us and have fun learning routines and challenging yourself!
