The Big Half 2026, 1:28:03. 26 second PB!
After a year off from this race was great to be back out and to be mid marathon block taking a chunk off my PB couldn’t be happier. Had 1:27 in me for sure but that time will come.
Was nice to not run this race during a heatwave for a change. Big up everyone and all the communities out there representing today!

Manchester Half 2026, 1:34!
Pacing duties today for and it was the dream day. Perfect temps, some rain and minimal wind and to take her to a 5 minute PB made it so much sweeter.
I love pacing my friends, my athletes and to see the months of prep go into one day makes me love what I do!

Tough day at the office but the games the game and can’t win them all. Still very happy all things considering and I had missed not running this last year as the vibes are always amazing throughout.
Big up bro for the first 15km of pacing but a stitch from 8/9km in and a knee issue means we’ll go again another day.
