We are looking for a Female Gym Instructor to work in both our Ladies Only Gym and Mixed Gym. CV's to [email protected]

Dear Members, we may have a possible buyer for the gym, someone that can secure its future within the community. Nothing is certain but I thought it best to keep you informed of recent developments. Watch this space🤞

Our normal Bank Holiday hours are 9am to 8pm. However we will be closing for the duration of the State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, from 11am to 5pm

Members, bring along a friend for free this March!
Just bring your guest to reception, on your next visit, and staff will sort them out. Happy Training!
