Eating large amounts of red meat can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, but new research suggests this is true of white meat, too. The findings were published online by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Researchers randomly assigned 113 healthy adults, to follow a four-week diet with high levels of either red meat, white meat (chicken and turkey), or plant-based protein (such as nuts, whole grains, soy products, and legumes). Afterward, LDL levels in the high-red-meat diet group rose, as predicted, but the researchers found that high levels of poultry had the same effect on LDL levels as red meat.
In comparison, people in the plant-protein group saw their LDL levels drop by about 7%. The researchers cited the diet's phytosterols (plant chemicals), which can lower cholesterol levels, as the most likely reason. They concluded that reducing your intake of ALL meat — red and white — and eating more plant proteins may be the best approach for managing LDL levels.

You are unhappy with your body♂️♀️😞😤

It seems like it takes so much effort and so many sacrifices to lose just a few pounds of weight every week (if you are very committed)...
and on top of that you are still not where you want to be!!

💡Just four exercises but a killer ⚰️workout 👏👏

📝The important features:

📍Keep the rest periods between sets to 45secs
maximum
📍Do 3 sets each of the following exercises:

1a) + 1b) for 15 reps per leg

2) for 12 reps

3a) + 3b) for 10 reps/push ups each

4) for as many reps as you can
[Use assisted pull-up machine if you can't do
bodyweight pull ups]

Then had a grasshopper cocktail at the 360 Chicago building where we enjoyed the sunset watching over Chicago city.

At last I did it!!! Finally came to USA!!!! 🇺🇸😎😊

Chicago is unique, very tidy and beautiful (Despite the random foggy days 🌁)

For sure we were walking a lot...so any extra activity was a bonus 😉👌💪

Lunch time 😏🤤

👉👉📝FIVE BEAN SALAD WITH RICE 🍚 and half AVOCADO 🥑, topped with a little olive oil and salt to taste.

This is very easy to make and it does taste delicious!!!!

For five bean salad:
➡️(red kidney beans, pinto beans, black eyed peas, baby green Lima beans, borlotti beans --- from Napolina five bean salad 🤗🤗)

☝️ALTERNATIVELY:..
You can pre-soak your own variety of beans if you don't want to use canned ones...
and this way you will have plenty for the next few meals)


‼️PRO TIP: best not to eat them during late night ⚠️💨💨🤫

BATTLEROPE FINISHERS.... 🤯💥💦

In addition to its use as a conditioning exercise, it can be included in your normal weight training workout as a finisher (get those still standing muscle fibers to work 💪)



A) Following your Biceps exercises
To engage the last remaining not fatigued yet muscle fibers, thus getting extra pump and micro-damage to your biceps for faster growth.

B) Following your Shoulders exercises
This again engages the deltoids that haven't been fatigued yet during your exercises, which again gives you the extra pump and muscle growth

P.S. 🤔💡 Alternatively you can do them following EACH SET of your biceps or shoulder exercises = CARDIO+FINISHER!!!!).
It is a much more challenging task though.

Dumbbell squat jumps is one of the exercises I am using to get my jumping explosiveness and height improved.

FEW POINTERS on how to do this properly to get the intended benefits...🤓👨‍💻📋

☝️: First slightly swing the dumbbells forward (increasing potential energy -- for my fellow science nerds out there 😉 )

✌️: Then swing the dumbbells as far back as you can, while pushing hips back into a squat ready stance and leaning forward (keeping the lower back safe)...

🤟: Forcefully swing your arms forward (try to finish the swing into a bicep curl so you can have them ready to swing back again AND protect the back)

🖐️👎: Push forcefully off the floor and try to bring your knees as high as possible.

🖐️: Finally on your way down to the floor try to get back into step ✌️(hips back and squat)
