Les Mills+:Fast Blast W5. 14 Tone
Part for challenge, part for overall fitness. The strength training gets my upper and lower body stronger and manages endurance pressure. I also become further focused on breathing, balance and mind space.

Training continues with a start with Les Mills then a speed interval run there after. Continuing the work toward marathon in October.
