Interested in CrossFit?
Want to learn the core movements and lifts?
Don't mind being "a body" in staff training?
The core movements of Crossfit are roughly divided into squats, deadlifts and kettlebell skills, press variations, and the Olympic lifts
Teaching these moves, from scratch to a group is a curriculum requirement for our trainers , so we sometimes “ shout out” to people who want to learn these skills , but have not felt able to follow the normal 121 “ On-ramp Pt session path that we (and other CrossFit Centres) offer
In return for "being a body," you can attend all 5 training sessions for £90 (which is a fraction of the normal costs for a CrossFit beginner process).
The coaches teaching you are already experienced, but the pressure is on them to get you to excel.
The sessions will run for 5 weeks on Tuesdays at 19:30. from 8th August.
After successfully completing the course, you’ll be able to move straight into our CrossFit classes

Both working at the same time.
Into…ascending ladder of Gymnastics Complex in the remaining time of:
RX Male // C2B + T2B
RX Female // Pull up + T2B
Scaled // Jumping Pull ups + Knees to chest
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
15 min TC
This is a 15 min total workout split into 3x 2 min AMRAP with 2 mins rest in between and a 4 min AMRAP to finish.
Each pair must complete a whole round. EG: P1: 1 Pull up + 1 T2B, P2: 1 Pull up + 1 T2B, P1: 2 Pull ups + 2 T2B, P2: 2 Pull ups + 2 T2B etc…
The complex doesn’t need to be unbroken, but the C2B/Pull ups have to be completed before the T2B can start and each partner has to finish the entire round before the next partner can start.
Machines must be switched each round. The goal…to both finish the round of 10!
