And honestly?

Sometimes I’ve been in my head more than in my life.
Overthinking.
Second-guessing.
Replanning.
Starting again.
Repeat.

Not because I don’t know what I’m doing.

Because when life gets full, consistency is the first thing to disappear.

So going into this year, I asked myself:
“How do I help women stop restarting their lives every few weeks?”

And it brought me back to what I do best.
Structure.
Support.
Emotional resilience.

For a long time, I stayed in something that didn’t really fit anymore.

Not because I loved it.

Because it was familiar.�Because my life was organised around it.�Because changing felt like too much.

So I kept telling myself it was the sensible thing to do.
Meanwhile, I was quietly outgrowing it.

I know now that what I needed back then wasn’t motivation.

It was clarity, support, and a plan that didn’t involve blowing my life up.

Can I admit something?

There were so many times I stayed in situations I’d outgrown just because leaving felt like too much effort.

Too many conversations.�Too many explanations.�Too many “are you sure?” questions.

So I told myself I was being sensible.

That it made sense to stay.
�That I was lucky.�That I shouldn’t rock the boat.
But deep down, I knew.

I was just scared to choose differently.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is how many women are quietly waiting.

Waiting for the “right” sign.�Waiting for someone to say it’s okay.�Waiting for life to make the decision for them.

I did this too.

I kept thinking one day I’d feel more certain. More confident. More ready.

And then I realised… no one was coming.

No message. No moment. No permission slip.

Just me and the choice.

That’s when everything started to change.

Can I be real for a second?

A lot of the time, it’s not failing that scares you.

It’s the idea of admitting,�“Maybe this isn’t who I am anymore.”

So changing feels like throwing it all away.

It’s not.

It’s just you growing.

I know how uncomfortable that is, because I’ve been there.

🤬HATE is never going to give you what you want!🤬

Going day in and day out to a place that simply drags you down and feels like its set up to p**s you off every minute of every day is painful.😩

Ive been there!

I used to have a group of work mates, we would meet at lunch, break and after to simply complain about work. Nothing was the way we thought it should be, my manager never supported me at all, and the sales team were always trying to get away with as little work as possible. But complaining about it with others made me feel like I was right, I was amongst peers who understood.😵‍💫

Reality - I was feeding into the negativity. Which become my wold!

⚡️I need you to pay attention to how often you are negative about your life. This is the difference between people who can turn it around and those who live in the negative.

My reality check was when a friend of mine, who simply had enough (being surrounded by the right people is key ALWAYS) of my complaining, and simply turned around to me one day and said “you’ve been complaining about this for so long but haven’t done anything about it. 🤯

But the time - NOT ANY MORE!!!!🙅🏾‍♀️

I had to start looking at why I wasn’t moving, but also what I really wanted.

⚡️At this point I really didn’t know. But luckily I worked with loads of amazing talent coaches, and was able to have a sit down, where I was taught my very first coaching tool “The wheel of everything”. This is is where you rate all parts of your life, to see where you need to work on. Clearly my was my career and then what worked with my skills and so on.

This started the journey to knowing what I wanted to build for myself and by myself.

Its time to start breaking your own rules!

There are so many people telling you what you need before you leave your 9-5 to keep you thinking you don’t have what it takes yet!

But in reality ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!🤯

I am lucky to have seen it all happen first hand through supporting clients from all backgrounds.

The one thing that I can GUARANTEE is that none of them were the same.

THE main difference is how you tackle this new step in you life.

It’s all about how much effort you really put in.

I remember leaving my 9-5 and realising that what I truly needed the following:

⚡️Inspiring people around me
⚡️An action plan that was realistic
⚡️Accountability buddy
⚡️Discipline and consistency

What held me back was:
❌Knowing that I wasn’t in a rush
❌Thinking that if I followed others it would be the same for me
❌spending time saving and staying in a job that made me miserable

How I realised that none of this mattered was when I finally saw results from my efforts and consistency.

It was when I really stuck to a pattern of work that I created for myself, and made me feel like I was building something I was really proud of that things started to turn around for me.
