As another pre season draws to a close, Iβve had the pleasure of working with 47 (and counting) different footballers over the last 6 week period. These range from young aspiring grassroots footballers through to semi professional, academy and professional players.
The last 6 weeks have consisted of two 6 week training programmes (Digbeth & Solihull); both which sold out and went exceptionally well.
Alongside this, have again sent down their senior & academy players (for the third year running) for a months off season training before the players report back to their clubs for the start of pre season.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everybody who has been down to to train with myself. Year on year the numbers keep rising, with the number of cliental continuing to grow. Iβm extremely grateful and appreciative of every single person who has chosen me to help improve their performance and wish them all the best for the upcoming season.

β’ 6 weeks of training β’ 12 sessions.
π The result: An overall fitter, leaner, faster and more agile athlete. Increased ability to absorb forces and explosively move in an array of directions. Improved movements mechanics with a crossover to a better running gait. Ability to work under fatigue whilst maintaining high concentration levels. Decrease in recovery time/rest inbetween drills.
π Purpose of the sessions: To work through football related energy systems in order to gain a base level of fitness. Game specific movement patterns (with/without the ball) and the ability to maintain high standards whilst working under fatigue. Working through an array of plyometric drills (uni/bi-laterally) with different changes of direction.

To work the whole spectrum of the force velocity curve. Sessions included: Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength & Speed-Strength.
