So proud of my client Nas she’s 53kg in weight and she’s hitting 200kg on the leg press 10 plates for 10 reps. We ain’t playing games.

Straight leg deadlifts with the resistance band

Using the band makes both the gravitational pull and the weight pull both more intense.

Without the band most people drive straight up and when returning back to the ground they don’t control the weight so it becomes more of a drop.

Here I’m sharing with my client Maria going up we got weight plus a resistance from the band and whilst returning back to the ground it’s creating more pressure on the hamstrings that you must control the gravitational pull.
