Are you guilty of “Program Hopping”? Every time you see a new workout on social media, do you scrap your current plan and start over? 🛑

You can’t measure progress if the finish line keeps moving. When you change your exercises every two weeks, your body never gets the chance to actually master the movement and grow.

Real results are found in the “boring” work—doing the same foundational lifts, week after week, and getting slightly better every time.

Stop looking for the “perfect” program and start being consistent with the one you have! 🛠️💪

If your supplement routine had a MVP, it would be the Multivitamin. Covering your bases shouldn’t be complicated.

More isn’t always better - look for multivitamins that contain the following listed below:

1. Vitamin D3
2. Magnesium Glycinate/Citrate
3. Zinc
4. Vitamin B12
5. Folate
6. Iron
7. Vitamin K2

*Be cautious if:
- You’re already supplementing other individual nutrients - don’t go overboard.
- You’re pregnant as you may need specific formulations.
- You take medications that may interact with a vitamin or mineral like vitamin K and blood thinners.*

Most people think “Progressive Overload” only means one thing: adding more weight. But if your form breaks down just to move a heavier bar, are you actually getting stronger? 🧐

Better form = better tension = better results.

Stop “ego-lifting” and start mastering the movement. Your gains (and your joints) will thank you! 💪

If sweating was the only way to get fit, we’d all just sit in a sauna and call it a day. 🧖‍♂️

While a good sweat feels productive, it’s not the ultimate indicator of an effective workout. You can have a world-class strength session with minimal sweat, or be dripping after a 5-minute walk in the sun.
