6 days into the lockdown and my arms are swollen. 60 push-up first thing in the morning. We can get through this guys. .

In accordance with recent government guidelines we are now offering 1-2-1 lessons in the park
or classes for up to 3 people at a time .

Sessions will be taught maintaining social distancing.

We are also still providing regular zoom classes online throughout the week.
