On Sunday 5 February I am co-
hosting a Fitness Charity Event with Karen Lawerence and Croydon High Sports Club in support of the Tram Victims and their families. I didn't personally know anyone directly who suffered in this tragic incident but feel compelled to help those who are left behind know that the community and the wider community at large are here to support them.

I would like to ask you to help me support these victims and their families, by joining us fund a Fitness Charity event. We are being supported by Croydon High Sports Club who have allowed us to use their facilities: we also have the support of local newspapers who will be there on the day.

Early bird tickets are £15.00 or £20.00 OTD. See flyer below of how to book tickets. I hope I can count on your support by attending and/or donating online. Put the date in your diary.

Funkettes! Zumba tonight Methodist (Community) Church Hall, 7.00pm. Are you ready to boogie?

Had an absolutely fantastic day at Crystal Palace today. So many people turned up for the zumbathon it was great! The sun was shining and everyone was dancing. Thank you to everyone who came down to support me from Solutions, Virgin, The Spa and Nuffield gyms and all my Fit 'n' Funky Funkettes!! You all rocked and looked great in your tops - should all be proud of yourselves as as I am. Well done. And an extra special thank you to Fiona from The Spa who raised £352.00 for Harris

So who's coming to support me and Harris Hospice attempt to enter the Guiness Book Of Records for the largest Zumba class at crystal palace park, at the concert bowl on Sunday 22 July? The zumbathon starts at 5.30, with registration @ 12.45. You can book online, follow the links on Harris Hospice's site and enter the code zumba50 at the checkout or pay £5.00 on the day using same code.
