🎖 Enfield Rangers FC Tournament

🎙'A difficult day for our U10s at the Enfield Rangers FC Summer Tournament, as we exited at the group stage despite showing many positive signs throughout the competition.

The boys connected much better as a team, moved the ball well, and created several good chances. Unfortunately, football can be a game of fine margins, and despite the opportunities we created, we were unable to convert them into goals.

At the same time, a few mistakes across the games proved costly. That's the reality of football, sometimes one moment can change the outcome of a match.

What matters most is how we respond. We have complete confidence that our players will learn from these experiences, regain their confidence in front of goal, and continue developing both individually and as a team.

Every setback is an opportunity to grow, and every challenge helps build stronger players and stronger characters.

Heads up, boys. Keep working hard, keep believing, and keep trying. Your time will come.' Coach Jason

⚽️ England 4️⃣ - 2️⃣ Croatia 🇭🇷

A fantastic start for England in the FIFA World Cup, securing an important victory against a strong Croatian side.

England showed great attacking quality, determination, and resilience to come away with all three points in an entertaining match. The team demonstrated why they are considered one of the tournament favourites, while Croatia once again proved to be a difficult and competitive opponent.

👏 Congratulations to England on the win and respect to Croatia for their effort and fighting spirit.

🎖 APB FC Summer Tournament

🎙'Kick Starting to the tournaments with resilience shown in the games.

Our team went to the ABP tournament and managed to get into the knock out stage. There are of course things to improve for our next tournaments while we see a lot of positive things in the game.

We have shown focus in the games and defended well on most occasions. We also did well in transition for counter attack to create the threats.

How to convert our chances and improve our stamina to play in hot weather will be our next topics to tackle in our next tournament.

The team stayed together and enjoyed the team lunch after the tiring matches. Our little warriors didn't just give up and work as a team for our next challenge already.

For a team playing together in a tournament for the very first time, you all did really well and should be proud of yourselves. 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses is a respectable result, especially considering many of the teams we faced have been established for a long time, while some even brought academy players just to win the tournament.

But football is not only about winning trophies. It’s about learning, improving, building character, teamwork and growing together, and today was a massive step forward for this team. Heads up everyone, because this is only the beginning and there are many more challenges and opportunities ahead of us. Onwards and upwards! 💪⚽

Most importantly, the boys enjoyed the day together, supported each other and kept fighting until the end. That togetherness matters. We are also very happy they had a good time at McDonald’s afterwards 😄🍔 These moments outside the pitch help create stronger friendships and better understanding on the pitch as well.

A big thank you to Coach Jason and Coach Tom for all their support, encouragement and hard work throughout the day 👏

👥 ABOUT THE ROLE

Elite Football Club London is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic coach to join our growing team at our Walthamstow Training Centre.

You will lead and support the development of young players aged 4–6 years old in a fun, positive, and structured environment designed to help children fall in love with football while building confidence and key skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in grassroots football and be part of a club focused on long-term player and coach development.

⚽ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver fun, engaging, and structured training sessions
• Adapt coaching to different ages and abilities
• Create a positive learning environment for young players
• Support player progression and development
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Help identify and nurture talented young players

📈 DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

As player numbers continue to grow:
• Sessions may be expanded into multiple groups
• Additional coaching support may be added
• Opportunity to coach an extra weekly session on Mondays

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Volunteer Coach with football coaching or playing experience
• FA Level 1 (minimum preferred)
