🎖 APB FC Summer Tournament

🎙'Kick Starting to the tournaments with resilience shown in the games.

Our team went to the ABP tournament and managed to get into the knock out stage. There are of course things to improve for our next tournaments while we see a lot of positive things in the game.

We have shown focus in the games and defended well on most occasions. We also did well in transition for counter attack to create the threats.

How to convert our chances and improve our stamina to play in hot weather will be our next topics to tackle in our next tournament.

The team stayed together and enjoyed the team lunch after the tiring matches. Our little warriors didn't just give up and work as a team for our next challenge already.

Keep it up for the next challenge and get better result!' Coach Jason and Coach Tom

🎙'Well done today boys! 👏⚽

For a team playing together in a tournament for the very first time, you all did really well and should be proud of yourselves. 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses is a respectable result, especially considering many of the teams we faced have been established for a long time, while some even brought academy players just to win the tournament.

But football is not only about winning trophies. It’s about learning, improving, building character, teamwork and growing together, and today was a massive step forward for this team. Heads up everyone, because this is only the beginning and there are many more challenges and opportunities ahead of us. Onwards and upwards! 💪⚽

Most importantly, the boys enjoyed the day together, supported each other and kept fighting until the end. That togetherness matters. We are also very happy they had a good time at McDonald’s afterwards 😄🍔 These moments outside the pitch help create stronger friendships and better understanding on the pitch as well.

A big thank you to Coach Jason and Coach Tom for all their support, encouragement and hard work throughout the day 👏

Now onto the next tournament… and if the boys win it, the meals are on the club 😀🔥'

🎖 Friendly game

🎙'A very interesting and competitive friendly match with plenty of positives and important learning moments for the players. The game gave us a good opportunity to evaluate individual performances, decision making under pressure, positioning, and confidence on the ball.

There were moments of very good football, especially when the boys played with confidence, communicated well, and moved the ball quickly. Physically, the team competed well, and several players showed they are capable of playing at a higher level when focused and disciplined.

The match also highlighted areas we must continue improving, especially dealing with pressure, positioning, first touches, and making quicker decisions during difficult moments in the game. These experiences are extremely valuable for player development and will help the boys grow both individually and as a team.

Most importantly, the attitude and effort were there, and every match like this helps prepare the players for the next step in their football journey.' Coach Jason
