Nose surgery recovery tips ! 🤧👃❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

It’s been 7 days since I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Pls drop me a message with any questions/tips/reflexfions 🥰😘 it’s really hard to find info online.

DAY 4 of recovering from my surgery. It’s pretty miserable tbh. I’ve not been able to sleep/nap well and the congestion is getting to me!

Hoping some self reiki will make the situation less frustrating.

I found it really hard to get info about this surgery, and I’d been on a waitlist for almost 2 years (!!) so it had been a long time since I’d spoken to a doctor.

PART 2 - I had septoplasty and terbinate reduction surgery yesterday after struggling to breathe through my nose for most of my life, and being on a waitlist for 2 years!! I’m so happy to have finally got this done, but I struggled to find info and tips on this online so here ya go!
