*Accountability Post*
Today marks the start of my strict 7 week cut before I go on a dream holiday to the amalfi coast (thanks )
6 pictures, 3 unposed 3 posed.
These pictures will get progressively leaner week on week *hence the accountability post*
What will I be doing over the next 7 weeks?
1. Tracking my calories but more specifically cycling my carbs and focusing on protein
2. Strength training more than ever (aim is to lose minimal muscle despite being in a semi aggressive deficit)
3. Moving as much as possible outside of the gym. 12-15k steps a day
4. Limiting alcohol
5. Cardio
The above are listed in terms of importance to what I am trying to achieve. Cardio only really plays a part for me when I need the extra deficit because as I said I am trying to negate the loss of muscle the best I can.
This is gonna be fun. See you next Monday π€
