Wow.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have served our country.

And we also acknowledge something many veterans continue carrying long after service ends: the invisible wounds of trauma.

In a randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, veterans receiving six 1-hour Clinical EFT sessions showed dramatic reductions in PTSD symptoms.

By the end of treatment, 86% of participants no longer met the clinical criteria for PTSD — with improvements largely maintained at follow-up months later.

Why does this matter?

Because trauma is not simply a memory stored in the mind.

It’s a stress response carried in the nervous system and body.

Clinical EFT combines evidence-based exposure techniques with somatic acu-point tapping to help the nervous system process traumatic stress more safely and effectively.

Healing is possible. And those who have served deserve access to tools that truly help them heal.

As we move into this week, our next live inside The Seen Collective is focused on visibility, being perceived, and the emotional discomfort that can come with sharing ourselves publicly or even in relationships.

The intention isn’t to force confidence or performance — it’s to create more emotional safety around being seen, so what comes up can move through rather than get stuck in avoidance or overthinking.

🌿 This month inside The Seen Collective 🌿

We’ve been focusing on nervous system safety before self-improvement.

Not deep trauma work.
Not “fixing” ourselves.
Not forcing confidence.

Foundations.

Understanding anxiety differently.
Recognising patterns faster.
Learning practical regulation tools that actually work in real life.

Because visibility struggles are often nervous system responses — not laziness, lack of discipline, or lack of desire.

When the body feels safer, behaviour changes naturally.

Tomorrow’s session is focused on self-regulation tools you can use daily when overwhelm, avoidance, procrastination, or shutdown kick in.
