Good morning everyone. I hope you’re managing ok? I’ll keep it brief, my online fitness classes will launch again on Monday 1pm vid Zoom.
There are 3 classes available each week. Payments made weekly and each class is 45 minutes.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Let me know if you want in 💪🤗 P.S, get a friend/partner involved with you.

Are you feeling restless and frustrated due to the fact that you are self isolating and the Corona Virus has got you on lockdown?
I’ve got the hook up for you! Many of us are stuck inside with no gym to train in.
I’m putting my 20 years of fitness experience to good use. I’ll be running a range of 30 minute online fitness workshops from my home. Get involved!!
There will also be a few slots for personal one to one online training.
Little to no equipment is needed. All you’ll need is WiFi, a small bit of floor space and a will to train.
The classes will have limited spaces. Inbox/DM or email [email protected] for more info on times and prices of the sessions.
Don’t let this pandemic affect your health and mental well-being more than it should. Why not come out of self isolation healthier and fitter than you went in. This could be your chance to build the fitness habit you’ve always wanted.
