But did you know that our gym is also GLL’s first ‘Green Gym’? 🌱🌍

With over 40 pieces of equipment, many of which are self-powered, we’re already finding ways to make our gym more sustainable.

And with our 38kW solar panel array on the roof, the energy generated has enough capacity to operate the gym using renewable energy. ☀️⚡

That means your workout isn’t just good for you - it’s helping us take another step towards a greener future too. 💪🌱

We are incredibly proud to announce that Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club has been named as a finalist in the UK Active Awards 2026.

This is an outstanding achievement and a true reflection of the dedication, passion and commitment shown every single day by our incredible team.

To be recognised from hundreds of leisure facilities across the UK and make it through is something we are immensely proud of. It celebrates not only the quality of our facilities and services, but also the positive impact we have together as a community.

Regardless of the final result, reaching this stage is a huge achievement and one that everyone connected with Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club should celebrate.

Thank you to every member of staff, every customer and every person who has supported us on this journey. This achievement belongs to all of us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

The regional winners will be announced in October, fingers crossed!

Sauna opening! 📢

We are delighted to announce that the new Sauna located by the poolside will open on Monday, 20th July ♨️

The opening times vary throughout the week.

Our Swim for All sessions have been extended again and will now run until 6pm the rest of this week, giving you even more time to enjoy a swim after school or work 🏊‍♂️

We've also extended our weekend opening times:

1. Swim for Fitness is now available until 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. Swim for All is now available until 5pm Saturdays and Sundays.

To avoid disappointment, please remember to book in advance, as sessions can fill up quickly.
