I’m not a fitness model, I’m just a yoga lover. My aim is to inspire people and bring awareness of what yoga is... life!

Numbers not only influence people's personalities, they also have connection with the way the world is constructed. The Fibonacci numbers are the nature's numbering system. They appear everywhere in Nature, from the leaf arrangement in plants, to the pattern of the florets of a flower, animals, the bracts of a pinecone, or the scales of a pineapple.

What is a Woman?

We are fragile, and we are super strong.
We are emotional, and we support everyone around us.
We are lovers, and we are warriors.
We cry, and dry our tears and carry on.
We are friends, sisters, cousins, aunts, daughters and mothers.
We live and go through cycles like Mother Earth does.
We are dark, and we are light.
We are not princesses, we are Queens!

We all have highs and lows, but sometimes during the lows you feel lost. We are not our body and we certainly are not our mind. Our thoughts are not ours, they belong to the ego, that part of us were we file everything that has happened to us since we were born. How do we work with our thoughts? Start to become the Observer, recognise your thoughts, acknowledge them from the Observer point, say: “there’s the thought and here I Am”. You might feel your body reacting to the thought, it’s ok. Always go back to the Observer point. And then let it go. It’s a tough practice, but it will take you to your essence. Practise makes the Master. We all should be the Master of our thoughts.
