Once a month (sometimes more) we lace up and run the course of a London tube line at surface level. Free Informal Sunday long run and everyone is welcome!
Together we'll run the course of some London's tube lines. #TubeRun
Who can come to a Tube Run? Anyone and everyone is welcome though we do ask that attendees are able to run 10 km at 7 min per km (that’s a 1:10hr 10 km)
Do you run non-stop? Nope, we plan every run to have at least one water stop and more for the longer routes
I’m built for endurance not speed…
