If you are wondering what happened to Movingeast, we are continuing to run our martial arts activities at New Unity Hall, 277A Upper St., Islington - take a look at Tetsushinkan web site & page for details.

We are not currently programming any Dance activities.

First session in 2018 this morning. We explored sokuedachi - sticky sword - and how to absorb and dissipate an attack with stable centre & a soft back. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday.

Trainings will resume from the 3rd of January. First training Wednesday morning 7.30am everyone welcome. Then we will meet on Friday at 7.30am till 8.30am and 7.30pm till 9.30pm.

Last few training session left before Christmas, so make most of it. Last training this year will be on 22.12.2017 and last Kids class will be on 18.12.2017.

10th-13th November we had a very engaging & inspiring seminar with Aoki Sensei with participants from several dojos in France, Poland, Norway & the UK. Aoki Sensei challenged everyone to work in depth and to continue to rigorously research their practice. He gave participants many useful practice tools/exercises through which to improve skills and by which to check physical integration. There was a very positive working atmosphere with lots of socialising after practice sessions deepening existing friendships and bonds. I think we can safely say the seminar was very successful! Thanks once again to all of those who gave their support.
