When people achieve their goals or dreams, the game doesn’t end. New desires appear, grow or expand.

You hit the goal.
Your love blossoms.
You build the business.
You create the lifestyle.

And from the outside, it looks like you’ve “made it.”
But internally?
The game just changes.

Because real success doesn’t end at achievement.
It wants to expand.

In my life coaching practice this is something I see every day.

They come to me with a goal or sometimes just a desire for change.

We build clarity.
We strengthen foundations.
We elevate standards.
And they get what they came for.
Often faster than they expected.

But that’s never the end of the story.

Because my clients feel safer and stronger than they ever have before, it becomes natural to think bigger.

Not forced.
Not stressful.
Just the next evolution of who they are.

Once you trust yourself at that level and once you’ve experienced what’s actually possible, you:

- stop asking “Can I?”

- And start deciding “What’s next?”

There are levels to this.

And the next level isn’t reached by working harder.

It’s reached by becoming the person who naturally operates there.

This might be the worst advert for doing inner work you’ll ever see…
And no, I’m not just talking about my hair.

I’m talking about this: Doing the work is hard.
Most people spend their entire lives avoiding themselves.
They stay busy often in busyness / business!?
Distracted.
Entertained.

Anything but sitting with:
- their fears
- their insecurities
- the truth about what’s really holding them back

Because the moment you go inward…
It gets uncomfortable.

There are days you feel:
- broken
- low
- exposed
- like everything’s falling apart
- And honestly?
I don’t blame people for avoiding it.

But here’s what almost no one tells you:
Those moments are the work.
That is the doorway.
Because just on the other side of that discomfort…
Is everything you say you want:
- happiness
- confidence
- abundance
- better relationships
- a bigger life

Not from chasing more… But from finally facing what’s already inside you.

Most people want to feel better but they’re looking for surface level fixes.
A new car.
Botox.
More money.
Another win.
Temporary highs.

But real change?
That comes from asking:
What is it in me that does not feel good already?
And being willing to sit with the answer.
Because when you do…
Everything changes.

So yeah, maybe this is a terrible advert.
But the truth?
What’s on the other side of doing the work is life changing.
Most people will not do this.

But if you do… You’ll have a life most people never even get close to.

Feel the fear… and take the step anyway.

On a recent hike in Sedona, I made my way to Devil’s Bridge, one of the largest natural rock bridges in the US.

But when I got there, something unexpected happened…

I froze.

Completely rooted to the spot.

Ahead of me was a narrow bridge with a 50-foot drop beneath it and in that moment, fear took over.

And it got me thinking…

This is exactly what happens in life.

Right when we’re about to step into something bigger growth, opportunity, the next level, fear shows up and tries to stop us.

But here’s the truth:

Fear doesn’t mean stop. It means you’re on the edge of something powerful.

I sat with the fear and with a bit of encouragement from a kind stranger, I took the step.

I walked the bridge.

And on the other side? I felt great!

That feeling… is always waiting for you on the other side of fear.

I fulfilled another dream on the second leg of my trip to the US ✨😍

I’d always wanted to visit Sedona in Arizona and I’m so happy I did!

Beautiful scenery, awe-inspiring red rock mountains and formations and some amazing energy vortices that just felt so good!

I’ll post some more pics in the coming days but suffice to say I’m recharged and ready to go again.

The Bel Air retreat was a huge success.

By the end of the weekend I saw people literally step into their new lives. Having identified and cleared what was blocking them, they raised their horizons and became the person they wanted to be.

Of course, the journey goes on and requires persistent application of the tools and manifestation process I teach but seeds have been planted and I know that miracles are unfolding in the lives of these beautiful people.

She found the courage to come on this weekend’s manifestation retreat in Bel Air when she didn’t know me, had never done any internal work or even therapy to speak of.
