We have discovered there were 2 issues.
1/ The London Data Centre suffered a once in 15 years failure of a network configuration switch
2/ The AWS servers in the US temporarily stopped authentication procedures
Both have been resolved.

We are experiencing difficulties with the London servers.
We are aware of the issue and our dedicated server manager is investigating now.
Estimated time for full resumption of all services is 60 minutes.
We will post updates on this message thread as we have them.
Update:
Incident Report: We are aware of and working tirelessly to resolve an intermittent issue in our London data centre. We are aiming to have have all services operational on backup hardware within the next two hours.
A generalised network issue is currently affecting some EVE servers. You may be experiencing difficulty in connecting to your website or your database at the moment. Together with the server management team we are working on the resolution to this as swiftly as possible.
