SwingTrain is back on the dance floor this Thursday 11th January at the new time of 6:45pm. SwingTrain is a follow along dance fitness class that is inspired by vintage dance styles such as Charleston and Jitterbug. Music ranges from old Jazz classics to current day artists like Olly Murs & Robbie Williams. Newcomers welcome - your first class is free. Why not kick the year off by trying something new?
